Rich red wine with garnet undertones. On the nose it is penetrating and intense with hints of soft fruit, spice, such as pepper and cinnamon and a light balsamic hint.
Suitable for all kinds of red meat, especially for game. Best tasted when matched with mature cheeses, too.
